Hey neighbor, I'm Jacob.

I'm a dad living in San Tan Valley with my family. I fell for this place because of the open space: the mountains, the desert, room to breathe.

These days what gets me is the opportunity. We're growing fast, and there's a lot worth paying attention to. I kept missing the stuff happening right around the corner, so I started reading everything and boiling it down to the 10 things worth knowing each week.
